What it does

A booking lands in GoHighLevel, Calendly, or Cal.com. n8n intercepts it instantly, enriches the contact through Clay, and asks Claude which rep should own the call and what priority tier the prospect sits in. HubSpot is updated. Slack gets the ping.

The prospect never waits. The rep never has to read through a calendar alert to figure out who they are talking to. Everything they need is already in the CRM before the call starts.

Works with any scheduling tool. CRM-agnostic by design. Used in the Arcus compliance enquiry pipeline and the Lock and Quay client intake system.
